Paul Hill is an interim campus president at an Oregon community college. Originally from Ohio, Paul has worked in community colleges since 1989, as a faculty member, department chair, division chair, associate dean, dean, and currently as campus president. Paul also serves on the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) Commission on Marketing and Public Relations and represents Oregon to the National Council on Workforce Education (NCWE).
Paul has numerous training and facilitating experiences including serving as facilitator for the Institute for Leadership Training and Development, also called The Chair Academy. He has conducted Chair Academy programs in Colorado, Oregon, Alberta, Canada, and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. Paul is also a chair training facilitator for the American Council on Education (ACE), presenting sessions on transformational leadership. Paul has facilitated organizational change, restructuring, and strategic planning programs for both educational and social services organizations.
Paul holds degrees from Kent State University, the New England Conservatory, and an Ed.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Educational Leadership and Higher Education.
