- A black and white photo of yourself (mug shot is fine)
- A resume that details your consulting, facilitating, keynoting, and training experience
- Up to 20 areas of expertise. See list of services
- Three attributed (name and organization) quotations from people who have been the direct clients or recipients of your services
We'll review these materials and, if you're accepted, we'll put you up on our web site. If you're not accepted, we'll return your materials to you with a note explaining why. If you are accepted, we'll ask you to sign a General Agreement/Memo of Understanding.
